When the network went down, our expert technicians swooped in to install a new Mako switch and router, getting the system back online. While the initial table load was a bit stubborn, a quick check with Mako and Fiserv confirmed the network was humming along. Unfortunately, a hiccup with the Commander's EPS global functions meant we needed a return trip. Back on-site, we rolled out fresh debit keys, updated dispensers, and synced up all the RKLs. We even diagnosed a faulty pinpad cable on Register 2, got it updated and keys loaded, and tested every payment zone.
