We recently serviced a site in Moultrie, GA, where we installed a new mako switch and router, successfully bringing the network online. While the network was up, we encountered a snag with the table load function. After consulting with Mako and Fiserv, who confirmed all systems were green and traffic was flowing, we delved deeper. During this diagnostic process, we discovered that the EPS global functions in Commander had been lost and attempts to recover them were unsuccessful.
