A tank sweep was performed on the diesel tank to address detected water and debris. The process involved vacuuming the tank and spill buckets, resulting in the removal of 39 gallons of liquid from the tank and an additional 4 gallons from the spill buckets. Post-service checks confirmed the successful removal of contaminants and restoration of tank integrity.

The technician addressed a water contamination issue in a premium fuel tank and STP sump. Approximately 175 gallons of product and water were removed from the tank, and the premium STP sump was cleared of water. All readings and functions were restored to normal.

A diesel dispenser hose was replaced on equipment 23/24S. During the post-replacement valve activation, the shear valve arm broke, preventing the pump from being activated. Service is pending further repair to the shear valve.

Technicians responded to a service call and identified water infiltration issues in multiple sumps. The situation was assessed, and 600 gallons of PCW were removed. While current alarms are cleared, future issues are anticipated pending sump repairs.

A recent service call addressed a malfunctioning HVAC system where a faulty capacitor was identified as the root cause. The technician successfully replaced the component, restoring the system to optimal performance and ensuring efficient temperature control.

Technicians performed essential maintenance by replacing the vapor recovery and fill caps on the RUL tank. This ensures proper system function and compliance.

Technicians resolved card reader errors on pumps 9 and 13. Both pumps required replacement card readers, IP address configuration, and activation. Following the repairs, all payment functions were tested and confirmed to be working correctly, returning both pumps to full service.

The technician successfully replaced the kerosene probe cable for tank 5. This ensures the continued reliable operation of the fuel system.

A comprehensive site readiness and systems refresh was performed to enhance operational reliability and safety. This service included an onsite assessment, minor repairs to address deficiencies, and functional checks to ensure core system performance.

Technicians troubleshooted dispensers Pump 3 and Pump 4, identifying seal failure in both meter assemblies. Both meters were subsequently replaced with factory-rebuilt units to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
