Uh oh, error code 20 popping up on your D20? Sounds like a pulser problem! Our techs, JH and Nz, rolled up their sleeves and got this piece of equipment back in tip-top shape. They kicked things off by isolating the dispenser, clearing the error, and giving the pump a clean bill of health. Then, Nz dove a little deeper, swapped out that pesky pulser, and tackled some corrosion gremlins on the ribbon cable and PPU. After a good cleaning and a ribbon cable replacement for those comms issues, they tidied up the door wiring and gave everything a thorough test. To top it all off, they added a special gasket around the card reader – a little extra armor against corrosion!
