When a dispenser's screen goes blank, it's not just a visual snag; it's a communication breakdown! Our expert technician arrived on scene and, with a keen eye, pinpointed the issue to a failed UPM on dispenser 3. After some expert diagnostics, including tracing Ethernet lines and a bit of digital resuscitation (power cycling!), the culprit was confirmed. With the green light for repair, the UPM was swapped out, CRIND settings were meticulously configured, and dispenser 3 was back in business. But why stop there? We then rolled out the latest software to dispensers 3 and 4, ensuring peak performance across the board.
