When your fuel pumps decide to take an unscheduled nap and the Veeder Root screen goes dark, it's time for the A team to roll out! Our expert technician arrived on scene to find a complete communication blackout. After confirming power was present but the ATG was giving zero feedback (and the customer mentioned a whiff of smoke – yikes!), it was clear we had our work cut out for us. Initial diagnostics pointed towards a CPU, power supply, and probe module issue, necessitating a parts run. Upon return, bingo! The power supply was literally burnt to a crisp. After a fresh install and restoring the system's memory banks, we tackled a rogue sensor plug that was throwing a tantrum with alarms. Once that was sorted and a new printer was installed to get the data flowing again, all systems were go! Tanks 2 and 3 needed a little love, but every pump was singing its PUMP song by the time we left.
