When the fuel pumps go on strike, it's not a labor dispute, it's a communication breakdown! Our tech, JH, rolled up his sleeves in Marietta, GA, and found all dispensers throwing a silent protest. The EDH, the brain of the operation, was being a bit of a hermit, refusing to talk to the network switch. After a bit of digital detective work, including a call to Mako to ensure the switch wasn't playing favorites with its ports, JH discovered the culprit: a grumpy backup drive. A quick removal of the troublesome drive, and voilà! The EDH started spilling the beans, and all dispensers were back online, ready to pump some premium. While the system is humming now, we still suggest a full upgrade to keep those communication lines singing. Got a similar situation or just want to chat about keeping your fuel flowing? Give us a buzz or a text at 470-309-7202 – let's schedule your next service!
