We recently tackled a tricky situation where a barcode scanner decided to take an unscheduled power nap! Our expert technician arrived, diagnosed the issue, and found the culprit: a disconnected power cable deep within the dispenser. With a quick reconnect and a power cycle, the scanner was back in business, happily scanning barcodes like it’s never missed a beat. But the adventure didn't stop there! We also investigated a fussy keypad on Pump 15. While the main buttons were performing their duties, the ADA keypad was staging a silent protest due to a gnarly wiring harness issue.
