When dispenser 24 started throwing 'unauthorized flow detected' errors, our expert technician arrived on the scene to tackle the issue head-on. After a thorough diagnostic, it was clear that several critical components had succumbed to electrical issues, evidenced by smoking pins and resistors on the barrier board and interface boards. It turns out the pulsar cable and the ultra-high interface board were fried, and even the power supply showed signs of distress. A meticulous wire tracing confirmed no other parts were compromised. The repair required replacing multiple shorted boards and a leaky LC meter packer gland. Once all the new parts, including a new pulsar and shear valve arm, were installed, the dispenser was powered up and rigorously tested. Not only were the error codes banished, but the diesel leak was also sealed. If your equipment is acting up, don't let it cause a stir. Give us a buzz at 470-309-7202 – texting us works too!
