Got the call about a kerosene tank sounding the alarm – an overfill situation! We rolled up our sleeves and found that tank seven was indeed reporting full, right after a delivery. Turns out, a recent delivery was the likely culprit. We gave the floats a good clean and made sure they weren't playing hide-and-seek with the probe. A quick sound-off confirmed the Veeder Root was playing it straight with the levels. We let the customer know to let the product level drop a bit and suggested future deliveries might be best kept to a smaller volume to avoid this bubbly situation. While we were there, we spotted something that needed a bit more TLC: the probe cable was getting a bit of a pinch from the sump lid.
