Our technician, JH, rolled up his sleeves and tackled some tricky fleet card issues for units 17 and 19 in Cartersville, GA. After a bit of a pow-wow with Loves IT, it was determined that while unit 17 has a separate keypad issue that needs its own ticket, both units 17 and 19 are humming along perfectly on COIP with the BRCM2.
