When Dispenser 4 throws a red 'X', it's usually a sign of something more than just a bad hair day for the screen! Our expert technician rolled up their sleeves and dove deep, discovering a finicky card reader throwing a CR02 error. After a thorough check of the UPM and Omnia boards – all systems go! – and confirming all connections were snug as a bug, it was clear the UX 300 and UX 400 were feeling a bit powerless. Time for a new card reader and a fresh activation! We also offered to give the dispenser software a tune-up, but the site decided to pump the brakes on that for now. If your dispensers are acting up, don't get stuck in a loop of frustration – give us a buzz or shoot us a text at 470-309-7202 to get your fuel flow back on track!
